Children and cats.

Seriously, what is the attraction? Sure they're cute and fuzzy and small, but they have sharp teeth and claws. Two things Spawn has repeatedly come into contact with in the past few months.

And yet she still continues to abuse and maul them at every opportunity.

She is turning 5 next month, right? Not 1? Sometimes I wonder.

In any case, it's driving me crazy. If I didn't love the little fuzzballs.. Well I don't know what I'd do. I guess it'd be mean to threaten getting rid of them, eh?

In other news, boys are very confusing. I believe they should all come with a manual so we know what the heck they mean when they do something.

In different news, Firefox has gone nuts. It's red-lining words I know are spelled right (has, nuts, words, it's, etc). And whenever I exit out a window it tells me Firefox crashed. Which it didn't, because I clicked the X in the corner.

When'd my life become so stressful?

So, yes, it's been a while. It's not like I've been super uber busy either. I just haven't even thought of writing a blog.

Funny considering I update my stories every few days.

It seems silly to just go on about what's gone on in the last month, so I won't bother right now. I'm having a bit of trouble with Spawn at the moment anyway.

Here we are again.

It's been quite a while since my last update. I swear I'll try and do better for next time.

Spawn's first day of SK is tomorrow. I'm excited for both her and myself. Her, because she loves school and seeing her friends. Me, because I'll have time to myself for a change.

I think the plan is to go on a small jog down a backstreet near my place. I've been losing weight and am super proud of myself, now I just need to get myself in shape and tone myself up a bit. After my tattoo heals up I'm going to start my workouts again.

The boyfriend is still around. He hasn't annoyed me too much, so that's a good sign haha. Hopefully things will work out and he'll be around for a while.

I think I'm going to start handing out resumes soon, too. I was thinking tomorrow, but I may just take the day for myself. So probably next week when Princess starts her school schedule full time (which is Tuesday, Thursday, every other Friday... and stupid, IMO). I'm thinking Tim Horton's or small cafe's or something. I'm not sure yet.

We went to a BBQ that my mom's work hosted on Monday. There was face painting, sparkly tattoos, painting pictures, bracelet making, merry-go-rounds, food, the works. We had lots of fun.

Well, that was interesting.

To say the least, I think.

It seems I have a boyfriend. I'm kind of nervous since my last one didn't turn out so well. But definitely excited to start this new part of my life. He seems to care a lot about me which is a new feeling. I like it.

I've also been learning a lot of things about a certain person in my past. None of it is good stuff, but it's helping me figure things out.

I actually didn't have much to say today haha. Just thought I'd write a small update.

Holy Cripes.

I just realized I haven't written a blog in almost two weeks. Whoopsie!

I still don't know what to write haha. Uhm.. I got into a fight with a raccoon over the last half of a sandwich and it got me. 20 stitches and 4 scars later, I think I'll be okay.

Not really. I burned myself with a whisk, of all things. In two spots. On the same day, no less. I don't know where my head was at.

Then later after Princess was in bed I went to have a bath to relax. I was lighting candles and my hand slipped on the side of the tub and plowed right into the hot lighter. That was the end of that "relaxing" bath.

In other news, I'm going on my second date of the weekend later tonight. Woohoo. The one yesterday was super lame. We went to dinner and he groped on me the whole time. Gag. Needless to say I won't be going out with him again.

Tonight another guy and I are going bowling. I'm hopeful that this date will be funner and better than yesterday's. Wish me luck lol.

Hmm.. my cat is still insane. I actually think she's getting more crazy as time goes on. She's more cuddly though, which is nice.

I'm excited for my tattoo appointment on the 31st. I can't wait!
